One of the more common tools used in management today is called a SWOT analysis, which is made up of quadrants: strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats. The exercise is simple. Under each category, think about your company and list each characteristic. What are your strengths? List each one. What are your weaknesses as a company? Again, list each one, and so on.
