Ah, who is HR?

I’ve long had issues with HR departments. I wrote about it in my book several years ago. I think they are too often the ground zero for cancer in a company. There, I said it. It took me a while, but I’ve become an HR skeptic, and I was thrilled to see the discussion on X finally come up as the root cause of all evil in so many small to mid-size companies. I’m glad I’m not the only one who sees it.
